The hotel staff are very friendly – everyone is kind, pleasant, and always willing to help. Housekeeping is excellent: the room was cleaned daily and the linens were always fresh. The location is convenient, just a few minutes’ walk to the bus stop and a bit further to the metro. The air conditioning worked well and there was no unpleasant smell.

We were able to get an early check-in so we can leave our luggage in the room and get some work done. We also requested a late check-out for a meeting and Musa accepted it perfectly. Thank you so much for your consideration.

Mr. Adnan made sure everything was at the top level for a comfortable stay from the first day. This was my first time visit to Istanbul and I felt famous Turkish hospitality in this hotel.
